We understand these services may not match everyone. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of one of our online digital services or the purchase of a spot on one of our virtual retreats, or if personal issues may appear after your purchase, you can cancel your purchase and request a refund within the following timeframes:
- For online courses/programs – up to 30 days from your purchase date
- For online one-to-one sessions – up to 15 days from your purchase date
We may offer you the option of either a refund or a coupon to redeem in our web shop at a later date.

- For in-person events/retreats/sessions, tickets/bookings are non-refundable: We do not offer refunds if you are unable to attend due to personal reasons.
Tickets/bookings are transferable: However, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us at least seven (7) calendar days before the event with the name and contact details of the new ticket holder so we have adequate time to process the change and update our contact list.
We may not process name changes related to the transfers requested within the final fourteen (14) calendar days before the event, and you, as the original ticket holder, will be responsible for communicating all event information to the new ticket holder.
Unavoidable Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled, disrupted or abandoned due to necessary or unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, we will notify all ticket holders as soon as possible and assess if the event can be rescheduled. In such cases your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event date. However, no refunds will be provided.
Speaker Unavailability: If Claudia Anghel is unable to attend, the event will proceed with a qualified substitute. No refunds will be provided.
